Delivery Information & Costs

We can deliver to all UK and Eire addresses. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to international addresses.

 

Standard Delivery is £3.99 or €9.99


You can expect delivery in 2-3 working days following the date your order is placed. If your order is to Ireland or the Scottish Highlands or other remote areas please allow extra time for your delivery.


Return an Item

You can return any items you are not completely happy with by post within 28 Days of receipt. We will refund the payment card the price paid for the item on receipt of the returned items.


Unfortunately our stores are not able to process a refund or exchange.

 

Your rights under the returns policy are addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information on this please see our Terms & Conditions.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer offer Free Returns.
 
If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibilty, as a customer, until they reach us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example Royal Mail special or recorded delivery in the UK.
