Managers
Our Managers are responsible for every aspect of running a branch, which can vary in size from a small department store to high-end fashion, city centre stores. You will drive the sales in your department by motivating and training your team as well as ensuring that the admin side of the business is carried out effectively. You will have good communication skills, an ability to recruit and lead a team of staff, ensure that the visual look of the department meets our high standards and above all have a flexible and enthusiastic approach.

Our Sales staff love selling, and we reward you by paying commission on your personal sales in addition to an excellent basic salary. As well as selling, you will be fully involved in all aspects of the visual look of the department and its administration. There are various different working hours available and each store has a unique environment.
